The hotel had clean and tidy rooms with comfortable amenities, but the noise from the nearby road can disturb your sleep. Upon arrival at 11 pm, the room was very chilly, but clean and tidy with ample space. Tea and coffee making facilities were available, although facing the A127 resulted in terrible traffic noise from 6 am onwards, impacting sleep. Despite this, the rooms have always been lovely and in immaculate condition.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting family, but this time I was a bit disappointed. The room had a lovely comfy bed and pillows, and it was spotless, in immaculate condition. However, the hallways and reception are desperately in need of updating.

The hotel room was uncomfortably hot since I couldn't open the windows being on the ground floor, and the overall appearance desperately needed updating. On the positive side, the staff were accommodating, even offering to raise the bed for better comfort. It's not the standard I expected from a Premier Inn, and the lack of sleep due to the heat was a major drawback.
